มาตรการทางกฎหมายในการป้องกันการกระทำผิดซ้ำของผู้ต้องขัง

มาตรการทางกฎหมายในป้องกันการกระทำผิดซ้ำของผู้ต้องขังที่พ้นโทษทั้งที่มีการติดตามพฤติกรรม และไม่มีการติดตามพฤติกรรม ถือได้ว่ามีความสำคัญเป็นอย่างมากในการป้องกันโอกาสกลับไปกระทำผิดซ้ำในความผิดอาญาที่เกี่ยวกับเพศและที่ใช้ความรุนแรงในอนาคตได้อีก ยกตัวอย่างเช่น การข่มขืนกระทำชำเรา การกระทำความผิดทางเพศกับเด็ก การทำร้ายจนถึงแก่ความตาย การฆาตกรรม รวมไปถึงการเรียกค่าไถ่ การมีพระราชบัญญัติป้องกันการกระทำผิดซ้ำจะช่วยให้ป้องกันและสร้างความปลอดภัยให้แก่สังคม และลดอัตราการกระทำผิดซ้ำได้ บทความปริทรรศน์นี้จะกล่าวถึงมาตรการทางกฎหมายในป้องกันการกระทำผิดซ้ำทั้งในต่างประเทศและประเทศไทย พร้อมทั้งให้ข้อมูลเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับพระราชบัญญัติมาตรการป้องกันการกระทำผิดซ้ำในความผิดเกี่ยวกับเพศหรือที่ใช้ความรุนแรง พ.ศ.2565
