Abstract

The purpose of this research is, 1) to study the accountability characteristics. change leadership and the achievements of public companies in the manufacturing industry. 2) to the success of public companies in the manufacturing industry and thirdly To study the relationship of transformational leadership to the success of public companies in the manufacturing industry. and 3) To study the approaches for the development of accounting competency characteristics. Accounting Manager's Transformative Leadership Affects the Success of a Public Company in the Manufacturing Industry In this research, a qualitative research tool was used. in-depth interview and online group chats. The results showed that:
1. Accounting competency features change leadership and the success of public companies in the manufacturing industry. is an important factor requiring knowledge in 8 areas: professional knowledge professional skills Ethics information technology knowledge of business administration Business management skills personal attributes and continuous improvement and transformational leadership consists of 4 main factors: 1. Influence with ideology. inspiration intellectual stimulation and taking into account individuality and the success of public companies in the manufacturing industry consists of four factors: the customer perspective; financial perspective internal process perspective and a learning and growth perspective.
