การพัฒนาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสว่างแดนดินตามมาตรฐานการอาชีวศึกษา โดยกระบวนการสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ

บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาองค์ประกอบของการพัฒนา 2. ศึกษาสภาพ ปัญหา และความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนา 3. ศึกษาแนวทางพัฒนา และ4. ศึกษาผลการพัฒนาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสว่างแดนดินตามมาตรฐานการอาชีวศึกษา โดยกระบวนการสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ ดำเนินการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม (PAR) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถาม แบบประเมิน แบบสังเกต และแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลนำเสนอเชิงเนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. องค์ประกอบของการพัฒนาตามมาตรฐานการอาชีวศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 1) การสร้างสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ 2) คุณลักษณะของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาที่พึงประสงค์ 3) การจัดการอาชีวศึกษา และองค์ประกอบของชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ
- สภาพ ปัญหา และความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนา วิทยาลัยขาดแนวทางการพัฒนาที่ชัดเจน ครูขาดการพัฒนาทางวิชาชีพและปลูกฝังคุณธรรมอย่างต่อเนื่องตามมาตรฐานการอาชีวศึกษา จึงมีความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาตามมาตรฐานการอาชีวศึกษา
- แนวทางการพัฒนาดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานการอาชีวศึกษา 3 มาตรฐาน 9 ตัวชี้วัด และ 6 องค์ประกอบชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ 9 โครงการ 22 กิจกรรม
- ผลการพัฒนา ดำเนินการได้ในระดับมากทุกมาตรฐานและทุกองค์ประกอบ ผลการพัฒนาในวงรอบที่ 2 มีความก้าวหน้าจากวงรอบที่ 1 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 92.40 และ 93.60 ในภาพรวมทุกฝ่ายให้ความสำคัญในการบริหารจัดการอย่างเป็นระบบ มีการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน ทำให้เกิดการพัฒนาคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานการอาชีวศึกษา
