4 มาตรการบริหารความเสี่ยงขององค์กรพุทธกับการเผยแผ่ในโลกยุคผันผวน

ปัจจุบันสถานการณ์โลกนับวันยิ่งผันผวน หลายองค์กรต้องเผชิญหน้ากับปัญหาวิกฤตที่อาจเกิดขึ้นได้ทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อมไม่เว้นแม้แต่องค์กรทางศาสนา ดังจะเห็นได้จากสถานการณ์เกี่ยวกับองค์กรพุทธนานาชาติซึ่งมีเป้าหมายในการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนา ในช่วงภาวะวิกฤตที่ผ่านมา ต้องเผชิญทั้งภัยคุกคามจากโรคภัยไข้เจ็บ ภาวะเศรษฐกิจ ภัยสงคราม การไม่นับถือศาสนาของคนรุ่นใหม่ ภาวะเสื่อมถอยของศรัทธาชาวพุทธ ทำให้การเผยแผ่คำสอนเริ่มเข้าสู่สถานการณ์ที่ท้าทาย อย่างไรก็ตาม หลายองค์กรมีการบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยง เพื่องานเผยแผ่อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและช่วยแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้อย่างทันท่วงที ทั้งนี้เป็นเพราะองค์กรพุทธได้น้อมนำหลักคำสอนของพระพุทธเจ้ามาเป็นมาตรการในการจัดการบริหารความเสี่ยงอย่างเป็นระบบและกลไก ทั้งในเชิงป้องกัน แก้ไข พัฒนา และรักษาต่อยอด เพื่อให้การเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนามีความสืบต่อและต่อเนื่อง ผู้เขียนได้นำเสนอ 4 มาตรการการบริหารความเสี่ยงวิถีพุทธ ที่สามารถนำมาใช้ในการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาขององค์กรพุทธแล้ว ยังเป็นประโยชน์ต่อองค์กรต่างๆ ที่สามารถนำไปปรับใช้รับมือกับสถานการณ์ความเสี่ยงต่าง ๆ ด้วยความไม่ประมาท และยั่งยืน
