การสร้างสันติภายในผู้ให้คำปรึกษาด้านครอบครัว

ครอบครัวนับว่าเป็นพื้นฐานสำคัญของการสร้างสันติสุขในสังคม แต่ปัจจุบันจะพบว่า ครอบครัวในสังคมไทยมีความเปราะบางสูงขึ้น ปัญหาครอบครัวมีบริบทที่แตกต่างกันออกไป ทั้งนี้ผู้ให้คำปรึกษาด้านครอบครัวถือว่าเป็นส่วนหนึ่งที่จะช่วยคลี่คลายปัญหาหรือนำพาให้ผู้รับคำปรึกษาได้ค้นหาทางออกด้วยตนเอง ซึ่งในการเป็นผู้ให้คำปรึกษานอกจากมีความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับครอบครัวแล้ว พื้นฐานสำคัญที่สุดคือ การมีสันติภายในของผู้ให้คำปรึกษา ถ้าหากขาดสันติภายในแล้วจะทำให้การให้คำปรึกษาตั้งอยู่บนฐานการมีอคติ และห่างไกลจากการสร้างแสงสว่างแห่งปัญญาในการแก้ปัญหาครอบครัว บทความนี้ผู้เขียนมุ่งเสนอการนำหลักเจริญสติและหลักพรหมวิหาร 4 ในการสร้างสันติภายในของผู้ให้คำปรึกษาด้านครอบครัว อันจะนำพาให้ผู้ให้คำปรึกษาเข้าถึงสันติสุขในตนเองเพื่อนำพาสันติสุขไปสู่ผู้มารับคำปรึกษาด้วยปัญญาอย่างแท้จริง
