บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารการจัดเก็บภาษีขององค์การบริหารส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดมุกดาหาร 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยการบริหารการจัดเก็บภาษีขององค์การบริหารส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดมุกดาหาร 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารการจัดเก็บภาษีขององค์การบริหารส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดมุกดาหาร ผู้วิจัยใช้การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้สถิติการแจกแจงความถี่ และร้อยละ ของผู้ตอบ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์โดยการนำเสนอเป็นตารางใช้สถิติค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณโดยใช้วิธีการคัดเลือกตัวแปรแบบเป็นลำดับประกอบการอภิปรายผล และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงพรรณนาโดยคัดเลือกและจำแนกข้อมูล จัดระเบียบข้อมูลให้เป็นระบบ จัดทำบรรณาธิกรณ์ข้อมูล และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล แล้วนำข้อมูลไปเขียนเป็นรายงานตามวัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษาวิจัย
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผลการวิเคราะห์การบริหารการจัดเก็บภาษีขององค์การบริหารส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดมุกดาหาร ตัวแปรตาม โดยรวมทุกด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ปัจจัยการบริหารการจัดเก็บภาษีขององค์การบริหารส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดมุกดาหาร ตัวแปรต้น โดยรวมทุกด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ควรเน้น 1) หลักการจัดเก็บภาษีที่เน้นความประหยัดต้องจัดเก็บจะต้องเป็นภาระแก่ผู้เสียภาษีน้อยที่สุดและ ค่าใช้จ่ายในการเก็บภาษีต่ำที่สุด 2) หลักอํานวยความสะดวกไม่ซับซ้อน มีป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์บอกขั้นตอนที่ชัดเจน
