Abstract

Thai instructors are essential to complete the missions for the success of quality, standards, and education management according to the 20 years of Thailand's national strategy (B.E. 2561 – 2580). Instructors are the main force to drive and do from their developed core competencies. That is very necessary to accelerate the development of instructors’ competencies, aiming for work achievement-oriented together with creativity. Whereas, resulting in students' abilities development to achieve society's expectations. Therefore, University instructors, are the main value target group that should be developed successfully. Urgently, the University should be analyzed and researched the development of the competencies of instructors who will develop students.

A study for instructors’ work competencies development that aims to be achievement-oriented in conjunction with creative work. Consequently, the development of students for being good, smart, and well-being to be the smart nation in the new society. It is necessary to study the causal factors of instructors' working behaviors. Started from the literature review and compilation of academic documents related to the work behavior of instructors and factors related to the development of achievement-oriented work competency in conjunction with the creative work of Rajabhat University instructors. Therefore, the group of variables includes characteristic social situations, factor psychological traits, and psychological stats factors according to the situation. While the instructor's work behavior variables and the group of factor variables were completely determined, it can be defined as a framework for comparative research. The research result will be in the model of explaining the achievement-oriented work behavior and the creative work of Rajabhat University instructors. These parts of the knowledge can be used as a guideline for developing training activities, and development courses, constructing a method, or a development plan for innovations that improve the work performance of Rajabhat University instructors.
