การเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของข้าราชการครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของข้าราชการครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ ตำแหน่ง และขนาดสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ข้าราชการครูในโรงเรียนสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 370 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของคะแนนเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา พบว่า ข้าราชการครูที่มีสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ต่างกัน มีการรับรู้ต่อระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้น ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม และด้านความไว้วางใจ ไม่แตกต่างกัน ข้าราชการครูที่มีตำแหน่งต่างกัน มีการรับรู้ต่อระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน และข้าราชการครูที่ปฏิบัติการสอนในสถานศึกษาที่มีขนาดต่างกัน มีการรับรู้ต่อระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ .05 ยกเว้น ด้านการมีความยืดหยุ่น ไม่แตกต่างกัน
ข้อค้นพบจากงานวิจัยนี้จะเป็นข้อมูลให้กับผู้บริหารสถานศึกษานำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์เพื่อให้สามารถปฏิบัติตนได้อย่างเหมาะสมกับบทบาทหน้าที่ของตน และเพื่อพัฒนาและส่งเสริมการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพและมีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป
