บทบาทภาวะผู้นำในการสร้างวัฒนธรรมนวัตกรรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชน โดยองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในพื้นที่จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสถานภาพการมีภาวะผู้นำในการดำเนินการสร้างวัฒนธรรมนวัตกรรม 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์และองค์ประกอบของบทบาทภาวะผู้นำที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการสร้างวัฒนธรรมนวัตกรรม และ 3) ประเมินคุณภาพของรูปแบบการพัฒนาบทบาทภาวะผู้นำในการสร้างวัฒนธรรมนวัตกรรมขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในพื้นที่จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี เก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 9 คน โดยคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง และแจกแบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 397 คน โดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย และประเมินคุณภาพของรูปแบบฯ โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยค่าสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน วิเคราะห์และยืนยันองค์ประกอบด้วยวิธีอีเอฟเอและซีเอฟเอ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล มีภาวะผู้นำในการสร้างวัฒนธรรมนวัตกรรม ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และบทบาทภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ด้านการสร้างความผูกพันในการพัฒนานวัตกรรม มีความสัมพันธ์ในทิศทางเดียวกันระดับต่ำกับระดับประสิทธิผลจากการพัฒนาและส่งเสริมการใช้นวัตกรรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05 และ มี 4 องค์ประกอบของบทบาทภาวะผู้นำ ได้แก่ การสร้างความผูกพัน การส่งเสริมให้เกิดการปรับตัว การส่งเสริมการใช้นวัตกรรมได้อย่างสม่ำเสมอ และการมีวิสัยทัศน์และภารกิจที่เหมาะสมต่อการพัฒนานวัตกรรม และรูปแบบฯ มีคุณภาพ อยู่ในระดับมาก
