This research has the objectives are; 1. Build cooperation of the government sector. The clergy prevent and reduce the symptoms of recurring illnesses. monk suffering from diabetes Hypertension 2. Develop a prevention system and reduce symptoms of repeated illnesses for monks suffering from diabetes. Hypertension 3. Build a model to prevent and reduce the recurrence of morbidity, diabetic monks, self-reliant hypertension. Data were analyzed by number, percentage, mean and standard deviation. and a qualitative research method from 30 key informants or people using an interview form.
