Legal Development Movement in Professional Safety Health and Environment at Work of Thailand

Abstract

This research has a research model as qualitative research is used. Theoretical concepts about social movements, theoretical concepts about development. Theoretical concepts about the profession Safety, Occupational Health and Work Environment Act B.E. 2554 (2011) Related Ministerial Regulations Thai Law Examples of establishment of professional organizations and related research are research frameworks. Research areas are Samut Sakhon, Nakhon Pathom and Ratchaburi. The main contributors to this research included qualified persons in law, political science or public administration. Government officials in charge of security President/President of the Association/Club of Occupational Safety officers and Professional Safety Officers In Samut Sakhon, Nakhon Pathom and Ratchaburi provinces, 18 people used a specific selection method. There are two types of research tools: 1) research interviews, 2) research-specific discussions. Analyze data using content analysis and write a description. This research was found:    Integration of professional safety officer networks Work Safety Officers Club, The Association of Occupational Safety Officers and educational institutions that teach occupational health jointly implemented the establishment as a professional organization.  Drafting legislation, establishing it as a professional organization, proposing legislation to be established as a professional organization. There are government agencies involved in establishing as legal professional organizations.

          Recommendations on guidelines for improving the development of professional legislation to be "Draft Professional Safety Health and Environment at Work Act……….", to support the implementation of professional organizations in the form of the "Federation of Professional Safety Health and Environment at Work ". Government agencies and other related professions.
