บทความนี้เป็นการวิเคราะห์งานวิจัยและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Folksonomy โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา1) ความหมายและคุณลักษณะของ Folksonomy 2) การเปรียบเทียบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง Folksonomy กับคำศัพท์ที่ใช้ในการสืบค้นสารสนเทศประเภทอื่นๆ 3) Folksonomy กับการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการค้นคืนสารสนเทศ 4) สรุปและเสนอแนะ ผลการวิเคราะห์เอกสารพบว่า Folksonomy สามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์เพื่อการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการค้นคืนได้เป็นอย่างดี นอกจากนั้น Folksonomy ยังเป็นจดุ เรมิ่ ต้นของความเป็นผ้เชี่ยวชาญในการกำหนดคำศัพท์ควบคุม และควรนำไปประยุกต์รวมกับ Ontology, Thesaurus และการสร้างดรรชนีหัวเรื่อง (Subject headings) เพื่อช่วยให้การค้นคืนสารสนเทศมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น

Abstract

This article analyzes the research and documentation associated with Folksonomy with the aimto investigate 1) the definition and the features of Folksonomy 2) to compare the relationship betweenFolksonomy terms are used to search for other types of information 3) Folksonomy to improve informationretrieval 4) conclusions and recommendations. Folksonomy analysis documents that can be utilized toincrease the efficiency of retrieval, as well as the beginning of a Folksonomy is an expert in the controlledvocabulary. In addition to that it should be applied with Ontology, Thesaurus and a subject index (Subjectheadings) to make information retrieval more efficient
