บทคัดยอ
การวิจัยนี้มุงพัฒนารูปแบบที่เหมาะสมในการจัดหาทรัพยากรสารสนเทศแบบมส่วนร่วมของผู้ใช้ห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัย โดยทำการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจด้านสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดหาทรัพยากรสารสนเทศของผู้ใช้บริการ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เปนอาจารยและนักศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทรจํานวน 702 คน เปนอาจารย
322 คน นกศ ั ึกษา 380 คน ในปการศึกษา 2554 จาก 5 วิทยาเขต ไดแก วิทยาเขตปตตานี หาดใหญ สุราษฎรธานี ตรัง และภูเก็ต เครื่องมือที่ใชในการวิจัย คือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใชในการวิจัย คือ ความถี่ รอยละ คาเฉลี่ย และสวนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบวา รูปแบบการจัดหาทรัพยากรสารสนเทศแบบมีส้วนร่วมที่เหมาะสมของผู้ใช บริการห้องสมุด มหาวิทยาลัย คือ หองสมุดควรใหอาจารยและนักศึกษาเสนอแนะทรัพยากรสารสนเทศอยางอิสระ และใหอาจารยประจําสาขาวิชาเปนผูคัดเลือกทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ วิธีการเลือกทรัพยากรสารสนเทศควรให้ห้องสมุดรวบรวมแหล่งและรายชื่อทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ ไวหนาเว็บไซตของหองสมุด กิจกรรมการเลือกทรัพยากรสารสนเทศควรจะเปนการออกรานจําหนายหนังสือประจําป การประสานงานของหองสมุดกับอาจารย บรรณารักษควร
ติดตอผานภาควิชา/คณะ สวนการประสานงานกับนักศึกษา ควรใหนักศึกษาติดตอกับบรรณารกษ์โดยตรงช่องทางการประชาสัมพันธ์และติดต่อส่งรายชื่อทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ แกอาจารยและนักศึกษา คือ เว็บไซตหองสมุด และสื่อสังคมออนไลน ดานการตรวจรับ ทรัพยากรสารสนเทศควรใหอาจารยมีสวนในการเปนผูตรวจรับทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ

ABSTRACT
This research focused on developing the participatory information
resources acquisition pattern which was appropriate to university library users, by
conducting survey research on the conditions, problems and needs of the library
users in participating in the information resources acquisition at Prince of Songkla
University libraries. The total samples of 702 consisted of 322 lecturers and 380
students in the five campuses, including Pattani Campus, Hat Yai Campus, Surat
Thani Campus, Trang Campus, and Phuket Campus, of Prince of Songkla
University in the academic year 2010. A questionnaire was used as an investigation
instrument to collect data. Statistical methods used were frequency, percentage,
means, and standard deviation. The research findings concerning the information
resources acquisition pattern suitable for the university users’ participation, were
as follows: the libraries were required to provide an opportunity for lecturers and
students to suggest the information resources and let the lecturers teaching specific
courses select the resources. The sources and lists of the information resources
should be collected and provided to users on the libraries’ websites. The annual
book fair was considered the most appropriate event for selecting the resources.
Regarding the contact between the libraries and the users, the librarians should
contact the lecturers through the departments/faculties, and contact the students
directly. The necessary means of communication, giving feedback on the suggested
information resources and public relations for both lecturers and students were the
libraries’ websites and social media. Lecturers should play a part in the information
resources checking process. The librarians should give the library users feedback
on the result of each information resource acquisition via the libraries’ websites
and social media.
