ความเปนองคกรแหงนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียน สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 19 (INNOVATIVE ORGANIZATION OF SCHOOL UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 19)

Abstract

บทคัดยอ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงคคือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความเปนองคกรแหงนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียน สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 19 และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความเปนองคกรแหงนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียน สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 19 ตามความคิดเห็นของขาราชการครูและบุคลากรทางการ ศึกษาจําแนกตามตําแหนงหนาที่ ประสบการณในการทํางาน และขนาดโรงเรียน กลุมตัวอยาง ที่ใชในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ ขาราชการครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในโรงเรียนสังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยม ศึกษาเขต 19 ปการศึกษา 2557 จํานวน 335 คน ประกอบดวย ผูบริหารสถานศึกษา จํานวน 31 คน และครูผูสอน จํานวน 304 คน
เครื่องมือใชในการเก็บรวบรวมขอมูลเพื่อการวิจัยครั้งนี้เปนแบบสอบถามโดยมีคาความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามความเปนองคกรแหงนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียน เทากับ .972 สถิติที่ใชในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยล่ะ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงแบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบคาที (t-test) และใชการวิเคราะหความแปรปรวนทางเดียว โดยใชสถิติทดสอบ
คาเอฟ (F-test) และทําการทดสอบความแตกตางเปนรายคู 

ผลการวิจัย พบวา 1) ระดับความเปนองคกรแหงนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียน สังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 19 โดยภาพรวม อยูในระดับมาก โดยดานที่มีคาเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ดานวัฒนธรรมและคานิยมแนวใหมและดานบุคลากรแบบรวบรวม ความรู รองลงมาคือ ด้านโครงสร้างองคกรแบบกระจายและดานที่มีคาเฉลี่ยตํ่าสุดคือ ดานการมีผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ 2) การเปรียบเทียบเมื่อจำแนกตามตำแหน่งหน้าที่โดยภาพรวมและรายดาน แตกตางกันอยางมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) การเปรียบเทียบเมื่อจำแนกตามสถานการณ์ในการทำงานโดยภาพรวม ไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่รายด้านแตกต่างกันเพียง 2 ดาน คือดานการมีผูนําเชิงสรางสรรคและดานโครงสรางองคกรแบบกระจาย 4) การเปรียบเทียบเมื่อจําแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียนโดยภาพรวมและรายดาน แตกตางกัน อยางมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Abstract
This research aimed 1) to study the innovative organization of schools
under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 19 and 2) to compare the
innovative organization of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area
Office 19 classified by position work experience and school size. The sample
consisted of teachers and education professionals in schools under the Secondary
Educational Service Area Office 19, including of 335 people in the academic year
B.E. 2557. The research instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The
reliability of the questionnaire related to an innovative organization of schools under
the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 19 was .972, the statistics used to
analyze the data included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test,
F-test, Scheffé test and Dunnett’s T3. The results of research were showed as
follows 1) The level of the innovative organization of schools under the Secondary
Educational Service Area Office 19 in overall found at high level. When considering
of each aspect, it was found that the highest average was placed in the new culture
and values and personnel the gatekeeper, followed by the distributed
structure. The lowest average was shown in the creative leadership. 2) The
comparison classified by position, it was found thai the differences of the overall
and each aspect were significant at the level of .05 3) The comparison classified
by work experience, It appeared that there was no statistically significant difference
in overall aspect. When considering each aspect, it was found that the differences
of creative leadership and distribuled structure were significant at the level of .05
4) The comparison classified by school size, it was found that the differences of
overall and each aspect were significant at the level of .05
