บทความวิจัยนี้มุงศึกษาปจจัยที่สงผลตอการมีสวนรวมของชุมชนในการบริหาร จัดการพิพิธภัณฑชุมชน โดยการสํารวจความคิดเห็นจากภัณฑารักษ นักวิชาการพิพิธภัณฑ คณะกรรมการพิพิธภัณฑ และผูดูแลพิพิธภัณฑ ในพิพิธภัณฑชุมชน จํานวน
419 แหง ในประเทศไทย เครื่องมือที่ใชในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งผูวิจัยไดสงแบบสอบถามทางไปรษณีย และไดรับกลับมาจํานวน 250 ชุด คิดเปนรอยละ 59.67 วิเคราะหขอมูลโดยใชคารอยละ คาเฉลี่ย คาเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติการวิเคราะหปจจัย(factor analysis) ผลการศึกษาพบวา ปจจัยที่สงผลตอการมีสวนรวมของชุมชน ในการบริหารจัดการพิพิธภัณฑ์ชุมชนมี 4 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ ปัจจัยสนับสนุนการดำเนินงาน บรรทัดฐานของชุมชน ปจจัยสถานที่และการติดตามผล และปจจัยความรวมมือ


ABSTRACT
This paper aimed to study factor affecting community participation in
community museum management. museums curators, museum scholars, museum
board from 419 community museums in Thailand were selected as a sample. The
tool used in the research was questionnaire include questions about general
information of the respondents, community context, general information of community
museums and factor affecting community participation in community museum
management. The questionnaires ware sent to the respondents by Mail and 250
questionnaires ware sent back (59.60%). The data were analyzed using percentage,
means, standard deviation, and factor analysis. The study found that factor
affecting community participation in community museum management included 4
factors that were support operations factor, norm factor, place and ex-post
evaluation factor, and cooperation factor.
