A Study of the Management of Banking Projects for School Administrators of The Teachers’ Opinion in Saimai District Office, Bangkok

Abstract
This study aims to investigate and compare the perspectives of teachers towards the management of school bank projects by school administrators under the Sai Mai District Office, Bangkok. The study categorizes based on educational qualifications, work experience, and the size of the school. The sample group for this study consists of 241 teachers from schools under the Sai Mai District Office, Bangkok, in the academic year 2022. The tool used for this study is a questionnaire about the management of school bank projects from the teachers' perspectives under the Sai Mai District Office, Bangkok, comprising 40 items with a reliability value of .90. The statistics used in this study are mean (𝑥̅), standard deviation (S.D.), percentage, t-test, one-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA), and Scheffe's method for pairwise mean
score comparison. The study finds that teachers have a generally positive perspective towards the management of school bank projects by school administrators. Comparing the perspectives of teachers towards the management of school bank projects by school administrators under the Sai Mai District Office, Bangkok, it is found that teachers with different educational qualifications, work experiences, and school sizes differ in their perspectives as follows: 1)Teachers with different educational qualifications have significantly different perspectives on policy and planning aspects at the .05 level. 2)Teachers with different work experiences have significantly different perspectives in all aspects at the .05 level. 3)Teachers from different sizes of schools do not differ in their perspectives, either overall or in specific aspects.
