Negative Responses toward China in Thai Society: Thai Perspective

Abstract

Thai-Chinese relations have long been described as “brothers” by both politicians and scholars. But recently, several social issues show the increasing in negative responses toward China in Thai society, which arouse the great interests of the scholars to keep an eye on this change. This paper analyzes the causes of this tensions from Thai perspective, and provide some implements for the strategists.
