A Study on Approaches to Develop Teaching Innovations for Enhancing Student Achievement in Suphanburi Province

Abstract
The purpose of this research article was to present a study the approach of teacher and school development using the concept of schools as learning communities for enhancing learners’ achievements in Suphanburi Province, Qualitative Research. The target audiences for the research were thirty-six experts of school of teachers who taught science and technology learning subjects. The data were obtained by purposive sampling. Research instruments were the document analysis, interview form, and field notes. Typological analysis was used to analyze qualitative data (Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient is 0.88). Data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, and content analysis, respectively.
The research findings indicate that there are seven key components in the approach to developing teachers and educational institutions: 1)Creating a shared school vision 2) Establishing a creative organizational culture with collaborative teamwork 3)Enhancing teachers' knowledge and skills in utilizing digital technology 4) Promoting development through learning via online media programs 5) Establishing Professional Learning Community (PLC) teams within the educational institution 6) Creating a work environment conducive to collaborative learning, and 7) Conducting supervision, monitoring, and evaluating to drive the educational institution to become a learning community. It is essential to promote and develop the integration of work processes with relevant parties, utilize supervisory mechanisms to monitor operations, and continually learn, build upon, and improve practices.
