การวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบนโยบายการตอบสนองต่อวิกฤตโรค COVID-19 ของเกาหลีเหนือและเกาหลีใต้

วิกฤตโรคโควิด-19 เป็นวิกฤตโรคระบาดใหม่ครั้งใหญ่ที่แต่ละประเทศต้องมีวิธีการแก้ไขที่ต่างกัน เช่นกันกับในเกาหลีเหนือและเกาหลีใต้ที่มีนโยบายในการรับมือที่แตกต่างกัน งานวิจัยนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอความแตกต่างเกี่ยวกับนโยบายเกี่ยวกับโควิด-19 ในเกาหลีเหนือและเกาหลีใต้ โดยใช้วิธีการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบเพื่อมุ่งหาการตอบสนองของโควิด-19 จากมาตรการและนโยบายจากรัฐบาลของทั้งสองประเทศ การวิจัยวิเคราะห์เฉพาะนโยบายและมาตรการรับมือต่อโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโควิด-19 ในช่วงระยะการระบาดใหญ่ โดยแบ่งนโยบายออกเป็นแต่ละมาตรการสำคัญว่ามีความแตกต่างกันอย่างไร และใช้เครื่องมือการวิเคราะห์ SWOT เพื่อหาทั้งจุดแข็งและจุดอ่อนของนโยบายการรับมือที่ผ่านมา ในการนี้ ผลการวิเคราะห์แสดงให้เห็นว่าเกาหลีใต้มีนโยบายการรับมือโรคระบาดโควิด-19 ชัดเจนและมองการณ์ไกลมากกว่า
