Abstract

This research aims to study the derivationand ambiguous of Thai legal Issues concerning sale with of redemption,  This will be used qualitative research method consisting of the documentary research, The research found that problem with the person who is protected by the redemption law, Problems in determining the period of redemption of resale assets, The problem of defining the ransom, Problems with the right to redeem the property before the redemption maturity and Issues regarding the right to benefit from property of redemption
