The aims of this research were to study the levels of happiness at workplace, the levels of opinion regarding organizational structure and support, positive thinking, morality, relationships in the workplace, leadership, workplace environment, and to study the effect of factors on happiness inthe workplace of the Business Administration Faculty Staff at Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT). The effects of factors on happiness at the workplace were assessed withthe Business Administration Faculty at RMUTT. A questionnaire was used to assess their opinion. The concept of Multiple Regression Analysis was used to examine the effects of factors on happiness at the workplace.Research found that the levels of happiness, the levels of opinion about organizational structure and support, positive thinking, morality, relationships, leadership, and the environment in the workplace were high. The effects of factors on happiness at the workplace i.e. organization structure, positive thinking, relationships, and environment, had a 0.05 level of statistical significance.
