Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study key performance effectiveness factors of staff performance in industrial estates by gender, age, education level, marital status, duration working, and monthly salary for study different performan ceeffectiveness of staffin industrial estates. Andto study the organizational strategy by Strategy, Structure Style Staff and Shared values influencing effectiveness of staff in industrial estates.Questionnaires were used for collecting data. The samples consisted of staff in industrial estates. The statistics methods used for data analysis included multiple regression analysis.Analysis result is organizational strategy by Strategy, Structure Style Staff and Shared valueshas high level. And performance effectivenessof staff in industrial estates has high level. Results of the hypotheses test are as follows: The respondents with different age, education level, marital status and average monthly revenue had different performance effectiveness. And the four factors of organizational strategy; Strategy, Structure Staff and Shared values had the relationship with effectiveness
