THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT ON THE PERFORMANCE EFFECTIVENESS OF STAFF AT BANGPA-IN HOSPITAL

Abstract

This research aimed at studying the performance levels and examining the influence of the organizational management factor on the performance effectiveness of staff. Samples size was 137 staffs of Bangpa-in Hospital. Data was collected through questionnaires. Multiple regression analysis was contributed to analyze the hypothesis testing with statistical significance of 0.05 level. The results were as follows: Organizational management factors in categories of organizational strategy, organizational structure, organizational management style, organizational system and practitioner skill affected the performance effectiveness of the staff in the aspects of performance achievement. Organizational management factors in categories of organizational strategy, organizational management style, organizational system, and organizational shared values affected the performance effectiveness of the staff in the aspect of ability to adapt. Organizational management factors in categories of organizational strategy and organizational structure affected the performance effectiveness of the staff in the aspect of work satisfaction. Organizational management factors in categories of organizational strategy, organizational structure, organizational system and organizational skills affected the performance effectiveness of the staff in the value retention. Organizational management factors in categories of organizational strategy, organizational management style, organizational system, and organizational skills affected the performance effectiveness of the staff.
