STUDY OF THAI REAL ESTATE SITUATION DURING 1995 – 2014 A CASE STUDY OF SUPALAI PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED

The objective of this research was to study Thai real estate situation during 1995-2014 using Delphi Technique in order to take the related parties’ opinions to determine the group’s consensus. This study focused on the case study of Supalai Public Company Limited by setting the analytic framework at four periods which were pre-crisis period (before 1997), crisis period (1997 - 2000), post-crisis period (2001 - 2005) and recovery period (2006 - 2014) by classifying according to four management theories which were general management, marketing, finance, and human resource. The result was divided into two dimensions which were (1) The overall economy which effected the residential property market and (2) The management of the company which responded to the economic situation and internally managed through four managerial methods which were general management, marketing, finance and human resource.
