Abstract

At the present day, Japan is one of the best countries using music as a tool for human potential development. Because the foundation of music education and the main purposes were the keys of success. To unite the people, to build discipline and to create social activities form the past to the recent years. Even if the ages and governments’ d changed, the philosophy of teaching music in Japan is still the same until at this moment, the music that western-centered is been mixed together with the Japanese culture and the government is still take a serious responsibility to support this philosophy until these days.
