Abstract

This research aimed to 1) Study people’s Satisfaction towards services of Kapao Sub-District Administrative Organization, Khiri Rat Nikhom District, Surat Thani province, 2) Study the recommendations to people’s Satisfaction towards services of Kapao Sub-District Administrative Organization, Khiri Rat Nikhom District, Surat Thani province. This study was designed as qualitative research whereas the sampling used in this research were 362 people making their living and dwelling in Kapao subdistrict areas. Additionally, the researcher used the questionnaire for collecting data before having them analyzed through descriptive statistics as numbers, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.


          The research findings indicated as follows:


  1. 1. People’s satisfaction towards services of Kapao Sub-District Administrative Organization, Khiri Rat Nikhom District, Surat Thani province with 4 aspects was overall at a high level.

2.The recommendations to people’s satisfaction towards services of Kapao Sub-District Administrative Organization, Khiri Rat Nikhom District, Surat Thani province appeared that it is necessary to include service procedures that can solve the problems quickly and keep the event updated, convenience as enough toilets to accommodate people who come to receive service and make contact and coordination, service channel required by people as reception and public relation giving assistance and convenience in receiving services, and increasing numbers of the officer to provide services in any departments, suitable for the quantity of work.
