Abstract

The objectives of this thematic paper ware as fallows 1) To study the people’s satisfaction towards service providing of civil register, local registration office, Tambol Thapae Municipality, Mueang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province 2) To study the suggestions were concerned with problems and resolutions towards service providing of civil register, local registration office, Tambol Thapae municipality, Mueang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province, The population for this study were at 4154 persona, sample size by krejcie and Morgan’s table, got the sample at the number of 354 persons, accidental sampling was used. The instrument for this study was questionnaire, both closed and open end, statistical analysis i.e. frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation.


            The results found that.


            The people’s satisfaction towards service providing of civil register, local registration office, Thambol Thapae municipality , Mueang district, Nakhon Si Thamarat province by overviews ware at high level, when classified in terms of sexes, ages, degree of educations, occupations, and incomes found that there ware at high level,


            The suggestions, the problems found that lack of information was the highest frequency, service point was no any staffs for servicing, no staffs work regularly, no repairing of instruments, late of receipt issue, the resolutions found that there should be train the staffs, there should be work regularly at the service center point for servicing people, to use simple language with people for working with people, to easy for understanding, there should be checked instruments which were help in accommodation , if some of them ware damage, there should be repaired, there should be regarded to service of people ex, issue of receipt should be fast and clear.
