การตัดสินใจทางจริยธรรมในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการตัดสินใจทางจริยธรรมของบุคลากรสายวิชาการในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา เมื่อต้องเผชิญกับสถานการณ์ความขัดแย้งทางจริยธรรมในการพิจารณากำหนดตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบปรากฏการณ์วิทยาแนวการตีความและการศึกษาเอกสาร เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากบุคลากรสายวิชาการในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา จำนวน 17 คน
จากการศึกษา พบว่า การตัดสินใจทางจริยธรรมในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา ส่วนใหญ่เป็นการตัดสินใจแบบไม่มีโครงสร้าง เนื่องจากความซับซ้อนของสถานการณ์และความไม่ชัดเจนของปัญหา ทำให้ไม่สามารถกำหนดวิธีการตัดสินใจ เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาความขัดแย้งทางจริยธรรมไว้ล่วงหน้าโดยคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลด้านประสบการณ์ของผู้มีบทบาทในการตัดสินใจและวัฒนธรรมองค์การส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจทางจริยธรรม
