บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทำความเข้าใจความรักใคร่ผูกพันที่มารดาวัยรุ่นครรภ์แรกมีต่อบุตร และเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยสนับสนุน และปัญหา/อุปสรรค ต่อความรักใคร่ผูกพันที่มารดาวัยรุ่นครรภ์แรกที่มีต่อบุตร โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ แบบการศึกษารายกรณี โดยผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มหญิงที่เคยมีประสบการณ์การเป็นมารดาวัยรุ่น และกลุ่มมารดาวัยรุ่นครรภ์แรกที่มีอายุระหว่าง 15-19 ปี ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความรักใคร่ผูกพันที่มารดาวัยรุ่นครรภ์แรกมีต่อบุตรแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านความรู้สึกรักใคร่ผูกพันที่มารดาวัยรุ่นครรภ์แรกมีต่อบุตร 2)ด้านพฤติกรรมที่มารดาวัยรุ่นครรภ์แรกมีต่อบุตร โดยความรู้สึก แบ่งเป็นความรู้สึกในด้านบวก และความรู้สึกในด้านลบต่อการตั้งครรภ์ ในส่วนของพฤติกรรมรักใคร่ผูกพันที่มารดาวัยรุ่นครรภ์แรกมีต่อบุตร ได้แก่ พฤติกรรมการดูแลและให้การตอบสนองต่อบุตร ด้วยการดูแลบุตรอย่างใกล้ชิด และเลี้ยงดูบุตรด้วยนมตนเอง ดูแลกิจวัตรประจำวันของบุตรด้วยตนเอง การสร้างความรู้สึกมั่นคงปลอดภัยให้แก่บุตร และปัจจัยสนับสนุนการแสดงความรักใคร่ผูกพันของมารดาวัยรุ่นครรภ์แรกต่อบุตร ได้แก่ การได้รับการสนับสนุนด้านอารมณ์จิตใจจากบุคคลใกล้ชิด ได้รับกำลังใจจากครอบครัว ได้กำลังใจจากครูอาจารย์ ได้รับการสนับสนุนด้านข้อมูลข่าวสาร และการได้รับคำแนะนำจากคนรอบข้าง รวมทั้งได้รับการสนับสนุนด้านเศรษฐกิจจากครอบครัว ทำให้สามารถเข้าสู่บริการสุขภาพได้ ส่วนปัญหา/อุปสรรคต่อการแสดงความรักใคร่ผูกพัน ได้แก่ การที่ครอบครัวไม่ยอมรับ และไม่ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากครอบครัว ต้องหารายได้ ไม่ได้ดูแลบุตรด้วยตนเอง จำเป็นต้องฝากคนอื่นเลี้ยง และขาดผู้ช่วยเหลือเลี้ยงดูบุตร
