บทคัดย่อ
บทความชิ้นนี้ต้องการนำเสนอประเด็นที่เกี่ยวข้องสัมพันธ์กันระหว่างโลกาภิวัตน์ เชื้อโรค รัฐชาติและการควบคุม โดยได้รับแรงบันดาลใจจากการมองสภาพปัญหาการแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อโรคอย่างโคโรน่าไวรัส 2019 บทความนี้ต้องการอธิบายในสามประเด็นหลักคือ ประเด็นที่หนึ่ง เชื้อโรคสัมพันธ์กับโลกาภิวัตน์ รัฐชาติและการควบคุมการเคลื่อนที่ของผู้คนอย่างไร ประเด็นที่สอง ประวัติศาสตร์การควบคุมเชื้อโรคผ่านการควบคุมการเคลื่อนที่ของผู้คน ประเด็นที่สาม สถานการณ์การควบคุมเชื้อโรคในยุคโคโรน่าไวรัส 2019 ที่นำมาซึ่งความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ การแข่งขันกันในสนามวัคซีนและท้ายที่สุดนำมาซึ่งผลต่อประชาชนด้านสิทธิมนุษยชน
