ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติด้านโลจิสติกส์สีเขียว: ปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุและผลลัพธ์

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนากรอบแนวคิดปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุและผลลัพธ์ของความสามารถในการปฏิบัติด้านโลจิสติกส์สีเขียว เนื่องจากปัญหาด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมกลายเป็นประเด็นสำคัญที่หลายหน่วยงานให้ความสำคัญ โดยการตอบสนองต่อกฎระเบียบสีเขียว การปรับตัวให้สอดคล้องกับจริยธรรมสีเขียว และการติดตามแนวโน้มสีเขียว เป็นปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุต่อความสามารในการปฏิบัติด้านโลจิสติกส์สีเขียว ซึ่งมีความสามารถในการจัดการทรัพยากรภายในองค์กรเป็นตัวแปรแทรก ในส่วนผลลัพธ์ที่มีผลมาจากความสามารถในการปฏิบัติด้านโลจิสติกส์สีเขียว ได้แก่ ประสิทธิภาพด้านสังคม ประสิทธิภาพด้านเศรษฐกิจ และประสิทธิภาพด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม กรอบแนวคิดดังกล่าวสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการกำหนดกลยุทธ์ขององค์กร ทั้งในส่วนการนำนวัตกรรมเกี่ยวกับโลจิสติกส์สีเขียวมาปรับใช้และการแสดงออกเพื่อตอบสนองต่อผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียต่อองค์กร เพื่อให้การดำเนินการด้านนวัตกรรมขององค์กรสามารถดำเนินการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเกิดความยั่งยืนของบริษัทในระยะยาว
