บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัญหาของรูปแบบการจัดการคลังสินค้าในปัจจุบัน 2) ออกแบบการจัดการคลังสินค้ารูปแบบใหม่ และ 3) ประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานการจัดการคลังสินค้ารูปแบบเก่าและรูปแบบใหม่ เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมเชิงอธิบาย การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณใช้การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลรูปแบบการจัดการคลังสินค้าผลิตภัณฑ์สีทาอาคาร จังหวัดนนทบุรี และการวิเคราะห์ด้วยเทคนิค ABC Classification Analysis ส่วนการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก คือ พนักงานบริษัทกรณีศึกษาจำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในช่วงเดือนพฤษภาคม – กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2566 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ในเดือนพฤษภาคม – กรกฎาคม 2566 สินค้าในกลุ่ม A มี 20.17 % ของจำนวนรายการ และมีมูลค่าสินค้ารวม 183,253 บาท สินค้าในกลุ่ม B มี 20% ของจำนวนรายการ และ มีมูลค่าสินค้ารวม 247,865 บาท ส่วนสินค้าในกลุ่ม C มี 71.67% ของจำนวนรายการ ซึ่งมีมูลค่าสินค้ารวม 477,349 บาท ตามลำดับ แผนผังการไหลของงานการเบิกจ่ายสินค้าออกจากคลังหลังปรับปรุง ใช้ระยะเวลาทั้งหมด 12.06 นาที พนักงาน จำนวน 3 คน
