บทคัดย่อ
การจัดการความเสี่ยงขององค์กรเป็นกระบวนการสำคัญในการจัดการการดำเนินกิจกรรม ต่าง ๆ ขององค์กร เพื่อป้องกันและลดความเสี่ยง รวมทั้งจัดการความเสี่ยงให้อยู่ในระดับที่องค์กรยอมรับได้ และช่วยในการบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ขององค์กร ดังนั้นองค์กรจึงควรตระหนักและให้ความสำคัญกับความสามารถในการจัดการความเสี่ยงขององค์กร บทความนี้มุ่งเน้นการเสนอแนวคิดปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุและผลลัพธ์ของความสามารถในการจัดการความเสี่ยงขององค์กร รวมทั้งอิทธิพลของปัจจัยแทรกที่มีผลกระทบในความสัมพันธ์ โดยศึกษาและทบทวนวรรณกรรมจากแหล่งต่าง ๆ อาทิ ตำรา บทความวิชาการ บทความวิจัย และเอกสารเผยแพร่ของภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน ทั้งนี้เพื่อเป็นประโยชน์ในการนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในองค์กร และเป็นแนวทางในการศึกษาเชิงประจักษ์ต่อไปในอนาคต
