การวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการบริหารบริการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาโดยวิธีการพัฒนาแบบจำลองสมการโครงสร้าง

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาหาปัจจัยและโครงสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่มีผลต่อบริหารบริการเทคโนโลยี-สารสนเทศของสถาบันอุดมศึกษา จากนั้นทำการพัฒนาแบบจำลองสมการโครงสร้าง ผู้วิจัยได้รวบรวมตัวชี้วัดอ้างอิงจากกรอบมาตรฐานไอทิลและทฤษฎีได้จำนวน 31 ตัวชี้วัด แล้วทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 300 ตัวอย่าง ทำการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัย สามารถสกัดปัจจัยได้ 2 ปัจจัย จากนั้นทำ การหาสมการแสดงโครงสร้างความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยที่ได้ด้วยการวิเคราะห์สมการโครงสร้างแบบหลายกลุ่ม จากแบบจำลองที่พัฒนาขึ้นจำแนกได้เป็น การบริหารบริการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศซึ่งค่าที่ได้จากแบบจำลองมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูล (Goodness of Fit) โดยมีค่าพี(P-Value) อยู่ที่0.05 ค่าอาร์เอ็มเอสอีเอ(Root Mean Square Error of Approximation : RMSEA) อยู่ที่ 0.094

AN ANALYSIS OF FACTOR TOWARDS HIGHER EDUCTION INSTITUTIONS IN THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICE MANAGEMENT BY DEVELOPMENT BY DEVELOPMENT OF STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODEL
