การพัฒนาเครื่องมือวัดภาวะผู้นำที่แท้จริงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อกำหนดองค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำที่แท้จริงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน เพื่อพัฒนาเครื่องมือวัดภาวะผู้นำที่แท้จริงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน และเพื่อกำหนดเกณฑ์ปกติวิสัยของภาวะผู้นำที่แท้จริงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ประชากรของผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้บริหารจำนวน 689 คนและครูจำนวน 255 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำที่แท้จริงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน ซึ่งผลการวิจัยพบว่า องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำที่แท้จริงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน มี 5 องค์ประกอบ คือ การตระหนักในตนเอง การมีกฎเกณฑ์ศีลธรรมของตนเอง ความโปร่งใสเชิงสัมพันธ์ กระบวนการที่สมดุล และการเรียนรู้จากอนาคต โดยเครื่องมือวัดภาวะผู้นำที่แท้จริงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานเป็นมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ซึ่งสามารถวัดได้ทั้งการแยกแต่ละองค์ประกอบ และแบบรวมทั้ง 5 องค์ประกอบ โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ชุด คือ แบบวัดภาวะผู้นำที่แท้จริงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสำหรับผู้บริหาร และสำหรับครู ผลการประเมินแบบวัดพบว่ามีคุณภาพอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดีมาก ค่าความเที่ยงรวมทั้งฉบับมีค่า 0.9043 และเกณฑ์ปกติวิสัยของภาวะผู้นำที่แท้จริงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พบว่าเกณฑ์ปกติรวม ผู้บริหารส่วนใหญ่มีคะแนนภาวะผู้นำที่แท้จริงอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างสูง มีช่วงคะแนนดิบตั้งแต่ 15 - 84 คิดเป็นเปอร์เซ็นไทล์ที่ P.06 – P98.93 และคะแนนทีปกติ ตั้งแต่ T18 – T73

The development of authentic leadership measurement tools for basic education institution administrators

The objectives of this study were to identify the factors of authentic leadership for basic education institutions administrators, to develop the authentic leadership measurement tools for basic education institutions administrators and to determine the norm of authentic leadership for basic education institutions administrators. There were 639 administrators and 255 teachers participated in this study as the informants. They were drawn using stratified random sampling method. The research instrument was the authentic leadership measurement questionaire. Descriptive statistics and confirmatory factor analysis. The research findings showed that the components of authentic leadership for basic education institutions administrators consisted of 5 factors; self-awareness, internalized moral perspective, relational transparency, balanced processing and learning from the future. The authentic leadership measurement tools were the rating scales which measured both separated and combined factors. There are 2 editions of the test of authentic leadership for basic education institutions administrators; for the administrators and for the teachers. The high quality of the test cause the internal consistency reliability of the test is high (.9043). The norm of authentic leadership for basic education institutions administrators showed that the administrator’s combined norm had the authentic leadership score at the nearly high level. The scores range from 15 to 84, the percentile is at P.06 - P98.93 and scores typically range from T18 - T73.
