บทบาทของการค้าระหว่างประเทศผ่านชายแดนทางบกของประเทศไทย

Abstract

การค้าระหว่างประเทศผ่านชายแดนทางบกของไทย เกิดขึ้นพร้อมชุมชนตามเขตแนวจังหวัดชายแดน ปัจจุบันการค้าตามแนวชายแดนผ่านช่องทางการค้า 3 ประเภท ประกอบด้วยจุดผ่านแดนถาวร จุดผ่านแดนชั่วคราวและจุดผ่อนปรน ประมาณ 92 จุดกระจายอยู่ตามจังหวัดชายแดนทั่วประเทศ ประเทศที่ติดต่อทำการค้ามูลค่าการสูงสุดได้แก่ประเทศมาเลเซีย ส่วนประเทศที่มีการติดต่อการค้าต่ำที่สุดคือประเทศกัมพูชา การค้าชายแดนมีมูลค่าสูงขึ้นทุกปีโดยในปีพ.ศ.2556 มีมูลค่าเท่ากับ 924,241.79 ล้านบาท หรือประมาณร้อยละ69 ของการค้าระหว่างประเทศไทยกับประเทศเพื่อนบ้าน ด่านการค้าชายแดนที่มีมูลค่าการค้าสูงสุดคือด่านศุลกากรสะเดา จังหวัดสงขลา เป็นด่านที่ทำการค้ากับประเทศมาเลเซีย การค้าระหว่างประเทศผ่านชายแดนทางบกของไทยจึงมีบทบาทสำคัญ 3 ด้านประกอบด้วยบทบาททางด้านเศรษฐกิจ บทบาททางด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม บทบาททางด้านการขยายโอกาสทางการลงทุน ทั้งสามบทบาทส่งผลกระทบทางบวกต่อภาคการเกษตร ภาคอุตสาหกรรมรวมถึงภาคบริการของประเทศไทยเป็นอย่างมาก ซึ่งคาดการณ์ว่าการค้าชายแดนของไทยยังมีโอกาสขยายตัวเพิ่มขึ้นอีกในอนาคตจากการเปิดประชาคมเศรษฐกิจเสรีอาเซี่ยนในปี พ.ศ.2558 นี้ และน่าจะเป็นโอกาสดีของธุรกิจไทยที่จะขยายสู่ต่างประเทศและระดับโลกต่อไป

In 2013 is equal to 924,241.79 million baht or about 69 percent of trade between Thailand and neighboring countries. The Border trade has the highest value customs is Sadao, Songkla by trading with Malaysia. International trade through the land border of Thailand an important role three part. 1. Economic role 2. The social and cultural role 3. Role in expanding investment opportunities. These three roles impact positively on the agricultural sector, the industrial sectors and service sectors of the country very much. Which predicts that trade borders of Thailand are also likely expand in the future of the open communities economy in ASEAN this year 2015 and a great chance for business Thailand to expand into the global.
