แนวทางการจัดตั้ง “ศูนย์การเรียนรู้ธนบุรีศึกษา” มหาวิทยาลัยธนบุรี

Abstract

บทความนี้มุ่งศึกษาแนวทางการจัดตั้ง “ศูนย์การเรียนรู้ธนบุรีศึกษา” มหาวิทยาลัยธนบุรี เพื่อเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ด้านท้องถิ่นธนบุรี ซึ่งแนวทางการดำเนินงานอาจกำหนดระยะเวลาในการเริ่มจัดตั้งออกเป็น 5 ปี โดยมี 3 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 รวบรวมองค์ความรู้ด้านประวัติศาสตร์ ศิลปะ และวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นธนบุรี ระยะที่ 2 พัฒนาองค์ความรู้และสร้างองค์ความรู้ใหม่ ระยะที่ 3 การเผยแพร่แลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ด้านธนบุรีศึกษาและการกำหนดทิศทางแผนงานในอนาคต ซึ่งความสำเร็จของแผนการดำเนินงานจำเป็นต้องได้รับการสนับสนุนทั้งด้านงบประมาณ ด้านบุคลากร วัสดุอุปกรณ์ และเทคนิคการบริหารจัดการ สิ่งที่สำคัญที่สุดคือ การเห็นคุณค่าและความสำคัญในมิติที่เป็นนามธรรม ไม่ใช่ผลในเชิงธุรกิจ

A MODEL OF SETTING THONBURI-LEARNING CENTER

The objective of this article is to study a model analysis of setting “Thonburi-learning center” at Thonburi University. This center is a learning center for local Thonburi, in which it will be determined within 5 years-timeline in 3 phases. Namely, the first phase is to put together historical, arts, and local culture knowledge. Secondly, it is to develop knowledge and create new one. Finally, it is to disseminate and exchange Thonburi study knowledge and determine the future direction plan. The success of this plan is depended on financial budget, staffs, equipments and administrative techniques and most importantly, the abstract and non-commercial purposes are more crucial.
