Guidelines for developing residence styles for Thai elderly tourists in the Andaman Triangle area

Abstract
This research has the objective To study the characteristics of residence for the elderly. and to study guidelines for developing residence for the elderly in the Andaman Triangle. It is a mixed methods research. It was found that the characteristics of residence for the elderly In the Andaman Triangle High level overall picture ( =4.03). Has developed the highest level of residence for the elderly. namely transportation services for moving (
=4.98), followed by accommodation reservation services through travel agents (
=4.78), employees being able to help elderly people (
=4.62). The sign indicates the provision of services specifically for the elderly (
=4.55). As for the guidelines for developing residence for the elderly in the Andaman Triangle area, there are 4 strategies, 11 standards, with Strategy 1 being convenient and having measures: 1) Facilities 2) Pass the evaluation criteria or meet the standards for residence for the elderly. Strategy 2 is clean and has measures: 3) Passes the evaluation criteria. or passes hygiene standards 4) does not emit a visible odor There is no dust or garbage. Strategy 3: Comfortable. There are measures: 5) There are facilities. 6) There are people to help you. 7) You are already comfortable physically and comfortably. Strategy 4: Safe. There are measures: 8) Have a caretaker. 9) Have friends. 10 ) have confidence in the place 11) be happy
