In the dynamic and uncertain global environment of D-VUCA, new-age entrepreneurs play a critical role in business survival. They seize opportunities to start new ventures in emerging markets, develop innovative products/services, and adopt advanced technologies. This article examines the key factors contributing to the potential of these entrepreneurs: 1) Entrepreneurial characteristics, encompassing traits and attributes; 2) Entrepreneurial learning capabilities, involving knowledge acquisition and adaptability; and 3) Entrepreneurial networking abilities, emphasizing relationship building. Market orientation mediates these factors, impacting strategic change management, competitive advantage, financial and non-financial performance, and customer responsiveness. This research draws upon a comprehensive review of literature from diverse sources, offering practical insights for strategic management and guiding future empirical studies.
