Abstract

The objectives of this study are to examine the correspondence of structural equation model and to develop structural equation model of causal Readiness to Work From Home factors affecting productivity and job satisfaction of Information Technology (IT) Staffs in Bangkok. The data were collected from a sample of 208  IT Staffs that get a work-from-home policy around Bangkok. The instrument used for measurement was a questionnaire with five-point scale, and the data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. It was found that Structural Equation Model corresponded to the literature and empirical data, where Chi-square = 73.960, df = 62, p-value = 0.123, GFI = 0.951, AGFI=0.926, CFI = 0.964, TLI = 0.955, RMR = 0.029, and RMSEA = 0.032 which met the criteria set for the results of variable analysis in the newly developed model that to be consisted with the hypothesis. It proves that Job satisfaction’s IT Staffs in Bangkok by a percentage of 20.3
