Abstract
This study aimed to develop and determine the appropriateness of learning process model for improving Phatomsuksa I student’s reading and writing ability under Mukdahan Primary Education Service Area Office. This study was conducted as a survey research. This study was divided into 2 phases. The first phase was conducted. The second phase was the appropriateness assessment of the developed model. Sample group consisted of 280 but questionnaire reply was 254 people which were selected through multi-stage sampling. Questionnaire was a tool of choice in data collection with IOC value between 0.60-1.00 and the confidence level of 0.97. Statistics used in data analysis wee frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation (S.D.) The findings were as follows: 1) The result of the development of learning process model for improving Phatomsuksa I student’s literacy under Mukdahan Primary Education Service Area Office comprised of 3 components were 1) The factors affecting literacy 2) The learning process to improve student’s literacy 3) The literacy outcome 2) The appropriateness of the developed learning process model for improving Phatomsuksa I student’s literacy under Mukdahan Primary Education Service Area Office was at the high level.
