Abstract
Abstract
The purpose of this research was (1) to investigate the factors influencing Thai tourists' in Bangkok choices of services and (2) to discover the demographic factors affecting the selection of Thai tourists in Bangkok. This research is a survey research. 400 samples used in the research were Thai tourists in Bangkok which consisted of by simple random sampling. Data was analyzed by means of frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis.
The results of the study revealed that: (1) the factors that affected the selection of hotel services were at the high level mostly focusing on the importance of the security elements in the general area, the room and the personnel, and the service, respectively. The awarding element had the least effect on the selection of hotel services. In addition, the different demographic factors affected the choice of hotel services among Thai tourists in Bangkok.
