บทคัดย่อ

                บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา นำเสนอมุมมอง และนำแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับพันธมิตรเชิงกลยุทธ์มาใช้ในการพัฒนาองค์การซึ่งถือเป็นอีกเทคนิคและเครื่องมือหนึ่งที่เข้ามาช่วยในการปรับปรุงและจัดการให้องค์การสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นภายใน ทั้งนี้รวมถึงสภาพแวดล้อมและแรงกดดันต่างๆ ที่อาจมีผลต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงองค์การได้พันธมิตรเชิงกลยุทธ์ช่วยให้การพัฒนาองค์การประสบความสำเร็จและบรรลุเป้าหมายได้เร็วขึ้นโดยใช้การรวมตัวขององค์การสององค์การที่มีความเห็นและข้อตกลงที่ตรงกัน เกื้อหนุนเกื้อกูลซึ่งกันและกัน และมีความร่วมมือร่วมใจในการสร้างเสริมธุรกิจซึ่งกันและกัน ทั้งนี้ก็เพื่อพัฒนาให้องค์การไปสู่เป้าหมายและสร้างความแปลกใหม่ที่มีประโยชน์กับทั้งสององค์การ  ในการศึกษานี้มีการใช้การทบทวนวรรณกรรมและตัวอย่างของกรณีศึกษา เพื่อให้ผู้อ่านได้เข้าใจง่ายยิ่งขึ้น นอกจากนี้ยังมีการนำเสนอความหมาย แนวคิดเกี่ยวกับพันธมิตรเชิงกลยุทธ์ ความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาองค์การด้วยพันธมิตรเชิงกลยุทธ์ ข้อเสนอแนะ และข้อจำกัด ในการนำพันธมิตรเชิงกลยุทธ์ไปใช้

 Abstract

                 This objective of this article aims to study, present views and apply the concepts about strategic alliance through organization development which is another technique and tools that come in the organization to fix problems that may be occurring within the organization. This includes both the environment and the various pressures that may affect changes to the organization. Strategic Alliance allows the successful organization development and attaining the goals faster through integration of two organizations that have mutual opinion and agreement, supporting and collaborating with each other and create the useful new idea in both organizations. In this study, there are using literature reviews and the example of case study so that readers can understand easily. In addition, a presentation on the meaning, concepts about strategic alliance, cooperation in organization development though strategic alliance and the suggestion and limitation in applying the strategic alliance.
