การสำรวจความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาต่อสิ่งสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ วิชาการประยุกต์ใช้ไมโครโปรเซสเซอร์

บทคัดย่อ

             งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อสิ่งสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้และความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาต่อสิ่งสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ วิชาการประยุกต์ใช้ไมโครโปรเซสเซอร์ ซึ่งมีความสำคัญคือสนองความต้องการของผู้เรียนให้มีความรู้ที่ทันสมัย และได้นำผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจและการสำรวจความคิดเห็นมากำหนดการวางแผนดำเนินงานและพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนในรายวิชานี้ให้ดียิ่งขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักศึกษาหลักสูตรวิศวกรรมศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาวิศวกรรมเมคคาทรอนิกส์ ชั้นปีที่ 3 จำนวน 15 คน ของมหาวิทยาลัยวงษ์ชวลิตกุล เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาต่อสิ่งสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ วิชาการประยุกต์ใช้ไมโครโปรเซสเซอร์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผลการวิเคราะห์ภาพรวมระดับความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจเท่ากับ 4.28 เมื่อพิจาณาเป็นรายข้อพบว่า นักศึกษามีระดับความพึงพอใจสูงสุดคือ จำนวนอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ต่างๆ มีมากพอสำหรับการนำไปใช้ในการเรียนการสอน ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.84 รองลงมาคือ ความเหมาะสมของอุปกรณ์ในการเรียนการสอน ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.73 และนักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจต่ำสุดคือ อุปกรณ์และสิ่งสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ต่างๆ มีความปลอดภัยต่อการใช้งาน ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.78 ตามลำดับ

 Abstract

 The objectives of this research were to analyze the results of assessments of satisfaction towards students on learning facilities in the Microprocessor Application course which was important to meet the needs of learners to have advanced knowledge. The results of the satisfied assessment and survey were used to plan, implement and develop teaching and learning in this course. Samples were 15, 3^rd year Mechatronics Engineering students of Vongchavalitkul University. Instrument of this study was a questionnaire assessing satisfaction towards students on learning facilities in the Microprocessor Application course. Statistics used for data analysis included percent, mean, and standard deviation.

The results showed that the satisfaction of the students was at high level with the mean of 4.28, when considering each aspect; it is found that students are satisfied the highest with sufficiency for electronic devices used in teaching at mean 4.84, Secondly the suitability of teaching equipment at mean 4.73 and the lowest student satisfaction is the equipment and learning facilities are safe to use at mean 3.78 respectively.
