The relationship between the transformational leadership of educational administrators and the implementation of internal quality assurance in educational institutions under the Office of Private Education Songkhla Province

Abstract
This research aimed to 1) study the change leadership of school administrators in educational institutions, 2) study the implementation of internal quality assurance in educational institutions, and 3) study the relationship between the change leadership of school administrators and the implementation of internal quality assurance in educational institutions. The sample group consists of 351 teachers under the Office of Private Education in Songkhla Province, selected using stratified random sampling based on the size of the educational institutions and simple random sampling by drawing lots. The research instrument used was a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.971. The statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and correlation coefficient.
The research results revealed that: 1) the transformational leadership of educational administrators was at a high level overall and in each aspect. Considering each aspect, in descending order, they were: intellectual stimulation, individual consideration, inspiration, and ideological influence, respectively. 2) The implementation of internal quality assurance within educational institutions was at a high level overall and in each aspect. Considering each aspect, in descending order, they included: self-assessment reports, continuous quality development of educational institutions, evaluation and inspection of educational quality within educational institutions, development of educational development plans, monitoring of quality implementation according to educational standards, setting educational standards, and implementing educational development plans, respectively and 3) the implementation of internal quality assurance in schools, overall and in each aspect, shows a highly positive correlation, statistically significant at the .01 level.
