Leadership in the 21st Century of School Administrators in Simahaphot District under the Office of Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area 1

Abstract
The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the 21st-century leadership of school administrators in Simahaphot District under the Office of Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area 1, and 2) to compare their leadership according to the perceptions of teachers and educational personnel classified by gender, educational level, and work experience. The sample consisted of 201 teachers and educational personnel in Simahaphot District, determined using Krejcie and Morgan’s table and selected through simple random sampling. The research instrument was a five-point Likert scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, independent samples t-test, and one-way ANOVA.
The findings revealed that 1) the level of leadership in the 21st century of school administrators in Simahaphot District under the Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, overall and in each aspect, was at the highest level. When considering the order of average values from highest to lowest, they were as follows: communication, technological literacy, knowledge and ability, vision, and cooperation and teamwork. 2) The comparison of teachers’ and educational personnel’s perceptions showed no significant differences overall, except for communication, which differed significantly at the .05 level.
