Innovative Leadership of School Administrators in Sriburapha Consortium under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Prachinburi Nakhon Nayok

Abstract
The objectives of this research were: (1) to study the level of innovative leadership of school administrators in the Sriburapha Consortium under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Prachinburi–Nakhon Nayok; and (2) to compare the innovative leadership of school administrators in the Sriburapha Consortium classified by gender, educational level, age, and work experience. The sample group consisted of 159 teachers teaching in schools within the Sriburapha Consortium, selected through proportionate simple random sampling based on the number of teachers in each school. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using basic statistics, including mean and standard deviation, as well as t-test and one-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA).
The research findings revealed that: (1) the overall level of innovative leadership of school administrators in the Sriburapha Consortium under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Prachinburi–Nakhon Nayok was at the highest level. When considering each aspect, five aspects were at the highest level, ranked by mean scores from highest to lowest as follows: creating an innovative organizational climate, vision, innovative teamwork, creativity, and risk management. (2) The comparative analysis of innovative leadership of school administrators classified by gender, age, educational level, and work experience indicated no statistically significant differences at the .05 level.
