The Relationship between Behaviors of the Administrators and School Administration In Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
This study aimed to study 1) behaviors of the administrators of educational institutions under the Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, 2) the administration level of educational institutions under the Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, and 3) the relationship between behaviors of the administrators and school administration of educational institutions under the Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, using quantitative research methods. Data were collected from a sample group of 115 people using simple random sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a reliability value of .901 for the behaviors of the administrator’s questionnaire and a reliability value of .951 for the school administration questionnaire with an IOC of .67-1.00 for all items. Data were analyzed by finding the mean and standard deviation. Hypothesis testing was performed using Pearson's simple product moment correlation coefficient.
The results of the research found that 1) behaviors of the administrators of educational institutions under the Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at a high level overall. 2) Administration of educational institutions 3) the relationship between behaviors of the administrators and school administration of educational institutions under the Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 have a positive relationship overall at a fairly high level, with statistical significance at the .01 level.
