The Relationship Between School Administrators Internal Supervision Roles And Teachers’ Instructional Effectiveness In The Bang Nam Priao Educational Network Under The Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract
This study the aim to 1) Study perception school administrator’s internal supervision roles and the teaching efficiency of teachers under the Chachoengsao primary educational service area office 1 in the Bangnampriao educational network classified by teacher’s bio-social characteristics. 2) Examine the correlation between school administrator’s internal supervision roles and teacher’s teaching efficiency. 3) Study the role of internal supervision of school administrators that affects teachers' teaching efficiency. The sample consisted of 162 teachers in the Bangnampriao educational network under the Chachoengsao primary educational service area office 1. Data were collected by summated rating scale, analysis with descriptive statistics, independent t-tests, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis.
The findings revealed that:
1) Did not found the different of teacher’s perception on the internal supervision roles and Teacher’s teaching efficiency across biosocial characteristics of sample group 2) There was rather strong positive correlation between the school administrator's roles and teacher's teaching efficiency. and 3) Two aspects of the school administrator’s internal supervision roles of Monitoring and evaluation, promoting and supporting teachers jointly predict 55.5% on the variance in teacher’s teaching efficiency.
