Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to studied the promotion of school personnel development under the jurisdiction of the Chaiyaphum Primary Education Service Area Office, Area 2 and 2) to compared the views of teachers and educational personnel towards promoting the development of school personnel under the Chaiyaphum Primary Education Service Area Office, Area 2, classified by age, education level, and work experience. The sample group consisted of 357 government teachers and educational personnel. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire to promote the development of school personnel under the Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, data was analyzed by finding percentages, means, and standard deviations. and t-test
The research results found that:
Promoting the development of school personnel under the jurisdiction of the Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, the overall level was at a moderate level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect that received the most promotion was Continuing education, followed by work study. The aspect that was least promoted is training and seminars.
Comparing the views of government teachers and educational personnel towards promoting the development of school personnel under the jurisdiction of the Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, classified by age, it was found that overall they were significantly different at the .05 level.
